1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting Poké Vision to your Discord server or utilizing its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and cease use of its services immediately.

2. Service Description

Poké Vision is an advanced utility and companion bot. It provides automated image recognition for Pokémon spawns, user collection management, and ping alerts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or aspect of the bot at any time without prior notice to maintain system stability and service quality.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, you agree to the following:

• Do not abuse, spam, or deliberately attempt to overload the bot's command infrastructure or web dashboard.
• Do not use the bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our image recognition database, API, or source code.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot's permissions safely and correctly in their respective servers.

4. Limitations of Liability & Accuracy

While we strive for incredible speed and accuracy, Poké Vision is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on image recognition, nor can we guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are strictly not liable for any missed spawns, lost in-game data, server downtime, or disruptions resulting from host issues, network lag, or Discord API rate limits.

5. Termination and Access Restriction

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to Poké Vision (via global blacklisting) at our sole discretion, without warning or notice, if you are found to violate these terms, act maliciously towards the bot infrastructure, or disrupt the experience for other users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our bot, legal requirements, or community standards. Continued use of Poké Vision after such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new terms.
