2. Service Description

Poké Vision is a utility bot designed to act as a companion to Pokèmon#8738. It provides image recognition for spawns, user collection management, and ping alerts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice to maintain system stability.

3. User Conduct

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or deliberately overload the bot's command infrastructure.
• Use the bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our image recognition database or source code.

4. Limitations & Accuracy

While we strive for incredible speed and accuracy, the bot is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on image recognition, nor can we guarantee zero downtime. We are not liable for missed spawns, lost data, or downtime resulting from host issues or Discord API limits.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Poké Vision (via blacklisting) at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or act maliciously towards the bot or other users.
